ROADMAP
The SCE Roadmap is an innovative strategy for evangelizing your community. Each phase consists of specific tasks and goals that require completion before moving to the next phase.
1) Pre-Evangelism
Goal:

To identify the hurdles standing in the way of sharing the gospel and tear down walls in minds and hearts that are blocking a receptive ear and heart.
Objectives:
​
1) Complete a community assessment in order to identify and understand cultural gaps in your mission field.
​
2) Identify your target audience, areas of service, methods of evangelism, and community partnership possibilities.
​
3) Create strategies based on the
assessment findings and analysis.
2) Evangelism
Goal:
​
To serve the community through service groups or servanthood programs, assist in cultivating community partnerships, and provide an audience for Launch.
​
Objectives:
​
1) Create servanthood programs or service groups targeting identified needs.
​
2) Create a safe place for the unchurched to be introduced to God's love and saving power.
​
3) Nurture and build upon the community partnerships created so far.
​
4) Create a celebratory atmosphere upon the completion of service projects inviting them to share in each other's success.
3) Launch
Goal:
​
To celebrate growing together while launching a new church and creating a atmosphere of belonging and inclusion.
Objectives:
​
1) Include Service Goup praticipants, Servanthood Project recipients and community partnerships in the church launching event.
​
2) Celebrate both the completion of Service Groups and the launching of the new church simultansimultaneously.

4) Sustainable Evangelism
Goal:
​
To create a sustainable evangelism plan ensuring the continuation of evangelism in your mission field.
​
Objectives:
1) Through the use of a non-profit arm, develop funding strategies focused on leveraging Service Group success with partnerships inside and outside of your community.
​
2)) Develop "out-of-the-box funding alternatives" to augment the ministry budget and provide a base for future evangelism.
And there are varieties of service, but the same Lord.
